Heartbreak kid

Playing games and breaking hearts,
It's all fun for you.
It was for me too, till I met you.

You made me take a leap of faith,
For reasons still unexplained.
I wonder what would happen if we both got on the same page?

I wish I didn't feel this way.
But the heart wants what it wants,
I try my best to keep my mouth shut,
In hopes the truth wouldn't drive you away.

I can live with the present,
Knowing that it's possible to meet someone like you.
But I'll always wonder, what if you were the closest
And I'll also wonder if you are just too good at playing your games.

Well I guess I just have to learn the hard way.
